Poppy co-founded ibex gale with David Major in 2013.
As an employment litigator, she saw first-hand the need for a service that combined the expertise of lawyers and top-level people management professionals to help with complex challenges in the workplace.
After establishing a reputation for handling sensitive and high-profile workplace investigations, and successfully managing large scale organisational change programmes, her focus now is on building a flourishing team and ensuring that every project is delivered with compassion, empathy and excellence.
Ruth is responsible for ensuring ibex gale clients experience the highest standards of service by focusing on quality assurance across all areas of the business.
As a former employment lawyer, Ruth also spends time on case work. Her speciality is sensitive and complex workplace investigations, including bullying and harassment grievances, whistle-blowing complaints and high-level disciplinary cases.
She has strong experience in public sector including NHS and Higher Education, and also in the retail sector.
She leads our governance and assurance division, supporting health and social care organisations with high profile, complex, investigations and independent reviews.
Before joining ibex gale, Sarah qualified as a regulatory lawyer at Bevan Brittan, and then spent 12 years at DAC Beachcroft supporting health and social care organisations with inquests, serious patient safety incident investigations, complex complaints and information governance.
Zoe is an experienced employee relations professional and joint Head of our Investigation Service. She has a wealth of experience in complex case management and investigations, including MHPS, grievances, bullying & harassment and whistleblowing. She works with clients across the private and public sector, including NHS Trusts, Councils, Multi-Academy Trusts, Further Education and Higher Education.
Zoe has over 20 years’ experience as an HR Professional with 10 of those working at a senior level within the NHS. Her last role was Head of Employee Relations for a large NHS Foundation Trust where she was responsible for leading a large service providing employee relations investigations, Medical HR services and HR policy development for the Trust. Prior to this she worked within local education authorities providing employee relations advice to schools.

Prior to joining ibex gale, Shelley was a senior employment lawyer at a top 100 law firm providing commercial, practical and strategic advice.
She regularly advised on business re-organisations, changes to terms and conditions, and other large-scale projects.
She also managed complex employment tribunal litigation, where she successfully resolved multiple discrimination and equal pay claims.
Suzanne leads the Organisational Culture and Conflict Resolution & Mediation divisions at ibex gale, while also serving as the company’s Head of People. She is widely recognised for her deep expertise in workplace culture and her ability to guide teams through diagnosing complex issues and implementing transformative solutions.
With a strong foundation in employee engagement, talent management, leadership, and change management, Suzanne adeptly navigates organisations through challenging transitions. Her approach blends commercial acumen with empathy, ensuring that change is both impactful and minimally disruptive.
Suzanne is driven by the courage and openness of the organisations she partners with, and she finds immense fulfilment in seeing how cultural improvements benefit both the company and its employees. She holds an MSc in Strategy, Change, and Leadership from the University of Bristol.
Before joining ibex gale, Kimberley spent over 10 years as a regulatory solicitor specialising in supporting health and social care organisations in both the public and private sectors with: CQC compliance and regulatory action, incident/complaint management and due diligence for M&A transactions.
Kimberley also represented regulated clinicians in fitness-to-practise investigations, from the initial complaint and any interim order proceedings through to final hearing.
Rebecca oversees the marketing and business development functions at ibex gale.
She started her career in brand management for CIC Video (Universal & Paramount Home Entertainment).
Then followed years at other companies including Disney where she was Marketing Director in the TV division, before moving to the Cotswolds and running her own business.
She has a degree in Zoology from Nottingham University and CIM qualification.
She specialises in workplace investigations, including whistleblowing, bullying and harassment, and workplace culture, also advising companies on large scale projects such as reorganisations.
Alongside this work, Emma is especially interested in wellbeing, and has worked as a coach and therapist.
Emma has qualifications in coaching, NLP and EFT, and is a qualified workplace mediator.
