Prior to joining ibex gale, Tess spent 12 years as a healthcare regulatory lawyer supporting health and social care organisations with: regulatory compliance and readiness for CQC inspections; incident and compliance management; complex complaints; due diligence for M&A transactions in both the public and independent sectors; and inquests.
She has represented regulators, taking charge of fitness-to-practise proceedings on their behalf; and regulated clinicians in fitness-to-practise investigations.
Tess specialises in information law and has expertise in data breaches and reporting requirements; data subject rights; the AHRA 1990; FOIA 2000; and advice and drafting of information law policies and procedures.
