Our facilitative workplace mediation service is designed to address and resolve workplace conflict at the earliest possible opportunity and prevent it from causing more serious, lasting damage to working relationships.

Mediation is ideally suited to resolving workplace conflict situations where working relationships have broken down and there is a need for a constructive ongoing working relationship between the individuals involved. In our experience, when used in the right circumstances, mediation can be far more effective in resolving relationship based conflict than a more formal, investigation based approach.

The aim of mediation is to move parties beyond the often entrenched positions that they have adopted and focus on the interests and needs that are driving the conflict with the aim of putting the individuals in a position to formulate their own resolution.
