Neutral Evaluations

Often people in dispute will have vastly different perspectives on the rights of wrongs of each others’ behaviour. A neutral evaluation allows the individuals in dispute to present their cases to us, a neutral third party with specialist skills and knowledge, so that we can provide a reasoned evaluation on the merits of the dispute.

The overriding aim of a neutral evaluation is to provide a means by which disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently, with minimal impact on the people involved and the organisation more generally.

Like mediation, a neutral evaluation is a voluntary, informal process which depends on the goodwill and commitment of both parties to work effectively.
