Danielle has over 10 years’ experience as an accredited workplace mediator and conflict coach (integrating the CINERGY model) and has worked across a broad range of organisations. She has worked in the field of resolution for over 20 years (including intergenerational and community), has mediated 200 plus cases and was nominated in 2020 for the CMC’s Workplace Mediator of the Year. Danielle is also a mediation supervisor and trains accredited mediators and conflict management skills.
Danielle recognises that some conversations are challenging to us all regardless of our status or experience and believes that it is best to manage our conflict as soon as we are able. With a calm and open approach, she strives to make people feel comfortable, creating an optimal environment to reach a resolution. She believes that by resolving workplace concerns we also increase in individuals’ confidence, accountability and growth.
