Nick has 30 years’ experience working across the public sector in a variety of senior management roles, culminating in the NHS, where he held Director roles in both the acute and mental/community health spheres. Alongside a proven track record of achievement across the full spectrum of People/OD activity, Nick has delivered a wide range of project related activity and conducted an extensive number of often complex and sensitive disciplinary, grievance and complaint investigations.
Nick is entirely familiar with MHPS and has provided expert advice as an independent panel member on a number of occasions. He possesses excellent analytical, communication and report writing skills. Having represented organisations at Tribunal and presided over numerous Appeal Hearings, Nick appreciates the value of timely, comprehensive and well-presented investigation reports in respect of the successful management of cases.
