Simon has particular expertise within the health, education and charitable sectors. He advises on large scale reorganisations, redundancies and change management programmes, as well as conducting complex workplace investigations involving fraud, discrimination and whistleblowing.
He has 20 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, having held a number of senior roles with solicitors’ firms in the West Midlands.
Simon sits as a Legally Qualified Chair at the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal Service which makes independent decisions about whether doctors are fit to practise medicine.
