She applies her own extensive leadership experience and professional expertise in a practical, intuitive and sensitive way. Suzanne has a proven track record of supporting leaders in areas such as personal effectiveness, employee engagement, cultural and organisational change, talent management, employee underperformance and interpersonal conflict.
Suzanne previously worked at Barclays for over 26 years where she built a reputation as an award winning leader and developer of people. Whilst at Barclays, Suzanne was proud to receive ‘People Developer of the Year’ and ‘Team Leader of the Year’ awards, along with National Director recognition for the delivery of commercial results.
Suzanne also has a MSc in Strategy, Change and Leadership from the University of Bristol.
