Zoe is experienced in workplace dispute resolution, and is skilled in providing interventions such as coaching, facilitation and mediation to support positive outcomes.
She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and has a wealth of experience in complex case management and investigations, including MHPS, grievances, bullying & harassment and whistleblowing. She has also worked extensively within both the NHS and local education authorities supporting performance management and has led on large scale TUPE transfers and organisational change.
Zoe has over 17 years’ experience as an HR Professional with 10 of those working at a senior level within the NHS. Her last role was Head of Employee Relations for University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust where she was responsible for leading a large service providing employee relations consultancy, Medical HR services and HR policy development for the Trust.
